There will be late changes
In most software projects, things that get created are brand new and will definitely have a certain quirk that will differentiate it from similar features on other websites. In addition, this new 'feature' will not have been used before by the internal users so when they get to test the feature, it may not be exactly what they want.
A couple of sprints ago, we had a feature that was released to remove some manual work from the internal team when they create their daily reports. The interface was a bit clunky and there was a lot of feedback, but it did its job. Before releasing into production, a few minor tweaks were added. Once the internal users started using it, there was a lot of good feedback.
