Filing bug reports instantly
In the past few days, we've had an increase of bugs being reported on a daily basis by verbal means. There is this one bug on an obscure case that was mentioned one day, then again a few days later. However, this was not filed into JIRA to be processed. Ideally, the bug should be reported by the person who found the bug, using the correct template when they find it. If this does not happen then the bug maybe lost in the abyss.
Most bug reports never become an issue until someone from the wider business team or a client finds it. As long as the bug has been reported they will be processed and resources will be allocated once the bug is deemed high enough priority.
